Project Overview:
This project entails the interior design and spatial planning of a 10,000 sq.ft. open-layout coworking space located in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. The aim is to create a dynamic, flexible, and productivity-driven environment tailored to entrepreneurs, startups, creatives, and remote professionals seeking a modern and inspiring place to work.
Design Vision:
The design embraces an open-plan industrial-contemporary aesthetic—balancing raw materiality with sophisticated finishes to cultivate a sense of innovation, collaboration, and comfort. The coworking space is envisioned as a fluid ecosystem where focused work, casual interaction, and community engagement are seamlessly supported.
Design Language & Materials:
Palette: Neutral base tones (concrete greys, black, white) with bold brand accents (navy, burnt orange, forest green, etc.)
Materials: Polished concrete, exposed ductwork, reclaimed wood, acoustic panels, glass partitions, metal frames
Lighting: Mix of industrial pendants, linear LEDs, ambient cove lighting, and task lighting
Technology: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart access control, integrated AV and booking systems
